MFFL Cup
The MFFL Cup brings together every side across our league structure in a straight knockout competition. Round 1 sees all Development Division teams joined by the six lowest-ranked Championship sides*, while in Round 2 the remaining eight Championship teams enter the draw+. From there, it’s a straight battle through to the Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, and the showpiece Final.
To keep everyone playing, all teams knocked out in Round 1 and Round 2 move into the MFFL Shield, ensuring every club continues to compete deep into the season.

MFFL Shield
The MFFL Shield runs alongside the main Cup and is designed to keep every team involved right through the season. All clubs knocked out in Round 1 and Round 2 of the Cup drop into the Shield, creating another knockout pathway. This gives sides more playing time, more competitive fixtures, and another chance to lift silverware — ensuring no team’s season ends early.
